John P. Drohan
Principal Investment Advisor

John Drohan founded Main Effort Financial, Inc. as an executive consulting firm in 1998.  The company has evolved to focus solely on financial services and products for both individual and business clients since 2001.  John serves as the Investment Advisor and Financial Planner for all MEF clients across the country.  He holds the Series 6, 63 and 65 registrations as well as life and health insurance licenses.  Prior to entering the private sector, he served as an Assistant Professor of Military Science, instructing leadership and personnel management for 3 years at Boston University before moving to Boston College and Northeastern University for an additional 3 years.  He is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, NY and served in both U.S. Army and the Massachusetts Army National Guard.  He is an active member of the 10th Mountain Division Association, the Holliston Lions Club and a youth soccer coach.  He lives with his wife and 3 daughters in Holliston, MA.

Laurie Nipp
Director of Administration

Laurie Nipp has been the director of administrative services and the office manager of Main Effort Financial, Inc. since April of 2003.  She is responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of the company ranging from scheduling to technical support on products.  Laurie is a graduate of the University of Kansas with a B. S. degree in Accounting.  She lives with her husband and 2 sons in Holliston, MA.

Denise R. Cronin
Director of Marketing and New Business Development

Denise Cronin joined Main Effort Financial, Inc. in October of 2006 to head the company expansion as the Director of Marketing and Sales.  She is responsible for the planning and coordinating of all company marketing activities and projects, seminars, non-profit support and client servicing activities.  Denise is an active volunteer for the Walk Against Breast Cancer, Girl Scout Leader and the Holliston Education Foundation.  She is a 1987 graduate of Bridgewater State College and lives with her husband, son and daughter in Holliston, MA.

Justus Anderson
Business Development Officer

Justus Anderson is part of the new business development team for both private and business services.  His primary responsibility is to identify potential new clients who would best fit the Main Effort Financial model.  He initiates and maintains relationships with centers of influence throughout the financial arena.  He also serves as a mortgage and financing consultant for Main Effort Financial.  He holds a life insurance producer license and is a principal for a business multi-service organization known as Financial-EAP, Inc.  He currently resides in Wrentham, MA with his wife and two children.
